Purchase, shipping and return policies

Purchasing Policies

All our prices are in local currency and include taxes.

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart. You will then need to select the “view cart” option, where you can modify your order. If you are sure about your purchase, select the “checkout” option, where you will need to provide your information (name, phone number, etc.), your delivery address, and then select your preferred payment option. (See payment policies below).

Check that all the shipping address details are correct and complete, as this will ensure the success of your delivery.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a message from us within 48 hours with the order information.

Once the money has been reflected in our account, the order will be shipped to your address. (See Shipping Policies below).

If you have a discount coupon, it must be entered at the time of purchase, and only one discount coupon may be applied per purchase.

Shipping Policies

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area, and delivery times vary depending on the destination, taking approximately 7 to 10 days.

Once your purchase and payment have been confirmed, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number and the name of the shipping company handling your order so that you can track it directly.

Once the payment appears in our account, we will send you a message via WhatsApp or email confirming payment and another email with the tracking number for your order.

Credit card.

Once your purchase has been made, you will receive an email with your order number to confirm your order.

Exchange and Return Policies

Refunds and order cancellations can be made as long as the product has not yet left our warehouse.

Any situation that arises for exchange or return must be notified by email to [email protected], sending a description of the problem or reason for the return, a photo in case of failure or defect, and a copy of your purchase order.

In order to apply for a product return, it must have all its labels and original packaging, and it must be unused and without visible defects.

If the product is returned due to a factory or manufacturing defect, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer. Once the product has been analyzed by our team and determined to be a factory defect, the return shipping cost will be refunded and the product will be exchanged for another of the same value. (See warranty policies below).

Warranty Policies

Muy Mexicanas products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that wear and tear and any consequential loss are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not apply when used in situations other than normal, when altered or repaired by unauthorized persons, or when the product is physically damaged due to misuse.
